Qualitative and Quantitative research

Qualitative research is about all the information all related to a topic a specific thing. Qualitative Research is used to gather a large amount of information. The disadvantage to qualitative research would be that it is very time consuming and can take a lot of gather large amounts of information compared to Quantitative research. Another disadvantage qualitative research is that statistics can be very unaccuearate as lots of is being collected. People are more likely to work on qualitative research and gain as much help as they need in order to gain information, which can take a long period of time. Businesses want to strengthen their weakness as much as possible in order to improve. By improving their business they more likely to become more popular with customers and gain more profit then they do. Market research is a type of qualitative research, which helps business grow.

Quantitative research is information being collected for just one specific thing instead of multiply amounts of information being collected like qualitative research. Quantitative research also takes a lot less time to find the informations you are looking for unlike qualitative research. Information is more likely to be accurate as a result to the short amount of research being done. Quantitative research is more likely to do use primary research instead of secondary even though it would be much more easier to do secondary research.
